Hello Emini Traders as well as all traders. We wanted to blog about a few thoughts with trading that might help one or two or hopefully more emini traders. First, just because it is an FOMC day, rollover day with the es going from the September futures contract to the December contract, 30 year bond auction does not mean you should not trade, unless you are a vendor who does not trade real money. If you had confidence in your trading and always knew the where, what, when and why you would not be thinking this. By the way we only do what we see and not what we think! Look the e-mini es will tip over today and we want to be part of the trade and because we see this as opportunity. If you believed everything you read on the internet with trading from the 95% of emini system vendors well you would never trade and miss out on countless opportunities. We are Market Profile Traders who capitalize on Time, Price, and Opportunity which is what TPO Indicator stands for. You would never let a non-speaking English individual teach you how to speak English, so why would you let people who do not trade or do not win with trading teach you to day trade? Mostly because emini traders rather use something easy and lose than learn the 40 words/relevant MP lines and to carry on an effective Market Profile Conversation.
As a MP Trader we understand and trade when any market goes, “Too far and Too fast” or “Excess Inventory”.
We have developed a proprietary calculation to know when any market goes too far and too fast and then trade it back to the balancing area. We also have the only calculation available to public which points out excess inventory within any market. Any market can get too long or too short with inventory and just like a local grocery store having to much peanut butter inventory and running a local add at a discounted price and until their inventory balances out.
If you are not aware of the above happening while trading indicators you will lose on that trade and never know why!
