Day traders and futures traders all traders  might try this before any drastic actions. To rename the DB:Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start MenuSelect My Documents–> NinjaTrader 6.5–> DB–> NinjaTrader.MDB.Right click on NinjaTrader.MDB and select “Rename.”Name it “NewNinjaTrader.MDB.”Then restart the software.I understand your PC is a 64 bit operating system, and what is happening is that NinjaTrader 6.5 was not optimized for 64 bit PCs, and multi-core processors. The result is that NinjaTrader is relying on one processor, and for each processor there is a .NET framework RAM limitation of 1.5 GB. This is what NinjaTrader is using when loading data, rather than the entirity of your PC’s hardware specifications.If your Db file is larger(1.5g>) this will slow it down.Go to control center,tools,options,misc,&then,select either repair db or reset db -reset erases  trade history.These are the steps i took yesterday & NT works great right now.
